On April 9–10, 2026, leading researchers from around the world will gather in Montpellier to explore the latest advances in biodiversity theory.
This conference is organized by theGDR TheoMoDive (Biodiversity Theory and Modeling Research Network) and is one of the stage of the 2026 “Tour de France” organized by the French Society for Ecology and Evolution (SFE²), which features a scientific event in a different city each month.
This event will also be an opportunity to celebrate Michel Loreau's major contribution to this field, on the occasion of his recent retirement.
Free event open to all, but registration is required (deadline : March 6).
