Format of presentations and posters

Submission

Submissions of abstracts (< 200 words) for communications (oral presentation, poster) will take place between February 2, 2026 and March 6, 2026.

A selection will be made by the conference's scientific committee and announced on March 16, 2026.

To submit a communication, you must log in to SciencesConf: If you do not yet have an account on SciencesConf or HAL, you must create one.

Once logged in, return to the Biodiversity in Equations website (https://biodiveq.sciencesconf.org/), register to the conference and complete the form in the "Submission" section.

Presentation

Slots for oral presentations are 20 minutes.

Please, send your presentation as a PDF to this address before April 8: biodiveq@sciencesconf.org


Posters

Installation panels for the posters will be available in the spaces around the amphitheater.
